LOOK: The BJMP Baguio City Jail Male Dorm held an eSports tournament featuring popular Warcraft 3 custom map Defense of the Ancients (Dota) for persons deprived of liberty (PDLs). The BCJMD posted the photos on their Facebook page on Tuesday, July 28. The BCJMD cited research from Social Asking Platform Qutee on the benefits of gaming on emotional well-being. "Over 40% said that gaming improves emotional well-being. Thats a serious benefit if you consider that one in five people in America experience mental health issues each year." Qutee Research.
