สำหรับผู้ที่เป็นเจ้าของเกม Death Stranding สามารถอัปเกรดเป็นเกมฉบับ Director’s Cut ได้ในราคา 9.99 ดอลลาร์ (ประมาณ 331 บาท) โดยสามารถถ่ายโอนเซฟจากเกมหลักไปยังเกมฉบับ Director’s Cut ได้
