ผ่านไปเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วกับการประกาศผลรางวัน VGX : Video games Award 2013 ที่ทาง Spike TV ได้จัดขึ้นทุกปี เราจะมาสรุปผลรางวัลในสาขาต่างๆ กัน

เป็นไปตามคาดที่ GTA V จะได้สุดยอดเกมแห่งปี 2013 ไปครอง แต่ว่า The Last of Us ก็สามารถกวาดรางวัลในสาขาต่างๆ ไปได้ถึง 4 สาขา ส่วน Bioshock Infinite ก็ไม่น้อยหน้าได้ไปถึง 3 สาขาด้วยกัน
นอกจากนี้ในงาน VGX ยังมีเปิดตัว Trailer เกมใหม่ครั้งแรกระดับ World Premier อีกถึง 12 เกม ได้แก่ Titanfall, No Man’s Sky, The Witcher 3, Destiny, Tomb Raider – Definitive Edition, Tom Clancy’s The Division, Tales from the Borderlands, Quantam Break, Southpark: The Stick of Truth, Broken age, Game of Thrones และ Thief
